Prime Location on the Legendary Madison River

This premier fly fishing lodge is ideally situated on the heart of Montana’s famed Upper Madison River, known as the “50 Mile Riffle.” With the river bending around the property, guests enjoy immediate walk-and-wade access to some of the most productive trout water in the West. Surrounded by protected BLM lands and neighboring the Wall Creek Wildlife Management Area, the setting offers both exceptional fishing and abundant wildlife viewing.

All-Inclusive Lodge Experience

Guests experience a fully inclusive stay designed for comfort and convenience. Each private room features an en-suite bath and a walk-out deck overlooking the river, creating a peaceful retreat after a day on the water. The lodge itself reflects classic Western charm with warm wood accents, stone fireplaces, and a spacious back deck offering sweeping views of the river and surrounding mountains

Access to World-Class Fisheries

Beyond the Madison River, guests have access to a wide variety of renowned fisheries. Yellowstone National Park lies just 40 minutes away, offering legendary waters such as the Firehole, Lamar, and Upper Yellowstone Rivers. Nearby Hebgen and Quake Lakes provide exceptional dry fly fishing for trophy trout, while additional rivers including the Gallatin, Ruby, Jefferson, and Missouri offer diverse angling opportunities within a short drive.

Seasonal Fishing Opportunities

Fishing on the Upper Madison is productive from late May through October, with prolific hatches and high trout concentrations. Summer months bring famous dry fly opportunities, including salmonfly hatches, while fall offers the chance to target large brown trout migrating from Hebgen Lake. Spring and fall shoulder seasons provide consistent action across both rivers and lakes.

Private Access & Guided Expertise

In addition to public waters, select private ranch fisheries offer low-pressure environments and high-quality fishing. Experienced guides provide tailored instruction and local knowledge, ensuring each guest maximizes their time on the water.
