Alberta – Wolf Hunt near Yellowhead County

This outfitter has been in business for over 20 years, and he has been very successful over the years hunting the most elusive animal in North America.
The Challenge of Hunting Wolves

Hunting wolves from a heated blind may seem simple, but the experience challenges even seasoned hunters. Wolves are highly intelligent, possess extraordinary senses, and many hunters believe they have a sixth sense. To succeed, you must remain patient, stay quiet, and spend the entire day in the blind. The outfitter limits the camp to two hunters at a time, and each hunter sits at separate blinds and bait stations for a true 1×1 hunting experience.

Heated, Noise-Reducing Blinds

All blinds feature heating and wall-to-wall carpet to minimize noise. Each blind includes a shooting bench for a steady, accurate shot. Wolves’ wariness requires preparation for shots up to 300 yards. A flat-shooting rifle from 6MM or larger works well. Additionally, hunters flying in can arrange to borrow one of the outfitter’s rifles for a small fee, ensuring convenience and readiness upon arrival.

What’s Included

This all-inclusive hunt provides 1×1 guide services, meals, lodging, field preparation of trophies, and airport pickup and drop-off at Edmonton Airport. Hunters must purchase their license, tag, and certificate online before arrival. Alberta imposes no limit on the number of wolves or coyotes that can be taken. After a long day in the blind, you return to a warm, modern lodge with full amenities, ready to relax and review the day’s hunt.

Limited Spots & High Demand

The outfitter only accepts ten hunters per season to prevent overhunting at bait stations. You schedule hunt dates directly with the outfitter. These Canadian wolf hunts sell out quickly, with most outfitters booking far in advance. Therefore, call today to secure your wolf hunting adventure and experience one of Alberta’s most exhilarating predator hunts.
