Adventure Description

This outfitter has hunting rights on 5 ranches ranging in size from 2,000 to 3,600 acres. You will be hunting on the Texas side of the Red River watershed. This is the same watershed that produces the famous Kansas and Western Oklahoma big bucks. The deer are bigger-bodied with heavy light chocolate-colored antlers that make for a great trophy. This is a 3 full-day rifle hunt. The cost of the hunt includes cabin-style lodging and meals. You will be hunting out of ground blinds mainly over food sources. Some blinds are setup in open country for the hunters that like longer distance shots. You can drive directly to camp. If flying Amarillo, TX is the preferred airport. From there you can rent a vehicle and drive one hour to camp. You can harvest one shooter size buck and one doe. Guides will take you to your blind and pick you up. They will not stay in the blind with you.
