Adventure Description

This three-day shooting school and prairie dog hunt includes the use of custom built rifles, all your meals, a comfortable lodge, and the best in prairie dog shooting and expert long range shooting instruction. Located near Gillette, Wyoming, this huge working cattle ranch is loaded with prairie dog towns. Expect to shoot from dawn to dusk and fire 150-300 rounds per day. Ranges vary from 100 to 1000+. Bring your own rifle or use the outfitters’. Rifles are custom built by Dallas Burch and feature Remington 700 actions, Krieger or Proof Research Carbon Barrels, H&S Precision stocks, Huskemaw or Leopold long range scopes, in a variety of calibers. Hunters are, of course, permitted to bring their own rifles, should they wish. Shooters stay in a comfortable lodge, with home cooked meals. Schools are operated in May and June.
