Are you looking for an affordable hunt for whitetail deer where you can take your family, or host a small corporate group? If the answer is YES, then this is the hunt package for you. This outfitter is a two-time winner of the Georgia Business Journal "Best of Georgia" hunting and fishing services for 2021 and 2022. They have two different hunting camps, The Lodge and The Plantation. This is a semi-guided hunt, which means hunters will be dropped off at their blinds and then picked up at the end of the hunt each morning and afternoon. Hunters may opt to stay in the blind all day if they so desire. The property is managed year-round for deer, and it is a mixture of farmland and timberland with some annual crops planted, to include year-round supplemental feed and food plots. Hunters will be hunting from ground blinds, elevated blinds, or ladder stands. Archery hunters are encouraged to bring climbing stands or saddles. Archery hunters may hunt during the rifle season. Each hunter is allowed one trophy buck, minimum inside spread of 15", one doe, and one hog. As a result of their years-long deer management program, the average trophy deer taken is 130". Included in this package is: Lodging, field prep, skinning, and quartering of harvested animals. Meals are not included, but both the Plantation and the Lodge are equipped with kitchens so that the hunters may prepare and cook their own meals. There are also restaurants and stores a short drive from the lodges. Hunters may fish in the ponds at no additional charge. There aren't many spots available.
